Sheila Asato, M.A., is a teaching artist deeply influenced by dreams, Japan, and nature. Sheila teaches art and dreaming classes online at Minnesota Center for Book Arts and lectures on creativity, dreaming, and health at the University of Minnesota. She is currently dream artist in residence at REM5 Virtual Reality Lab. Her favorite media include the book arts, photography, watercolor, and virtual reality.
