Sheila Asato, M.A., is a teaching artist deeply influenced by dreams, Japan and nature. Sheila teaches art and dreaming classes online, at Minnesota Center for Book Arts and lectures on creativity, dreaming and health at the University of Minnesota. She is currently dream artist in residence at REM5 Virtual Reality Lab. Her favorite media include the book arts, photography, watercolor and virtual reality.
